Unlike other restaurants, they didn't include a siracha or hoisin sauce packet to put in the pho so it was extremely bland. "we got the sweet & sour chicken as well as the orange chicken with chicken lo mein. the sauce for the sweet & sour chicken was as viscous as water & had little to no taste. the orange chicken was sticky & had a bad aftertaste. the chicken lo mein had 2 poeces of chicken. our order wasn't ready when we got there. it was 20 mins late. it was not a good experience :("

"The chicken tenders were as good as always but I tried the Jam'n Bacon Burger tonight and it's amazing. I'll definitely be getting it again. They even wrapped the burger and toppings in foil separately from the bun so the burger didn't get cold and the bun didn't get soggy. "
"Everything in the bag was turned upside down. The sauce for the Cajun Steak Pasta was very little and there was a family size Macaroni and Cheese and it was super dry. All of the trays were greasy from major spills. The best thing was the Butter me up Burger and the cheese fries were barely melted. The club sandwich was not even a regular club. I'm not one to complain but my family doesn't get to eat out often, and we were very disappointed. We spent alot of money and I could have prepared better food at home. This was definitely not a good restaurant experience for our family. The side salad was extremely tiny."
