I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority.
Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete.
I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."

The grain bowl is the way to go and my absolute favorite toppings are the red pepper hummus, crazy feta, tomato + onion and pickled onion. The lemon vinaigrette is SO LEMONY and it's delicious! The skhug id never had before but I really enjoyed it - basically a Greek pesto. And the garlic dressing is a MUST I wish I could get a larger side of it.
