There was zero offer for customer satisfaction on their behalf. They said " meat is expensive" when we expressed concern about how ther was no way this was a pound of meat for each portion. No buns or sides were ordered. Never again. Worst customer service and the product wasn't even worth it flavor wise. Will order anywhere else next time. Save your money and go to big sky BBQ, Or Big T's BBQ or just any smoke house that cares about quality control and customer service. "
