"I can honestly say it’s hard to find Mediterranean food of this quality, especially at such a late hour. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the portions were incredibly generous—this plate could easily feed almost three people, especially by California standards.
I’m not sure if the pita bread is made in-house, but it was the best I’ve ever had. The quality of the food really stood out, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into what you do.
Thank you so much for a great meal. I will definitely be ordering again!"

"It was our first time ordering from this place and we got the Philly Cheesesteak, Chicken Sandwich, and banana strawberry orange smoothie. The philly cheeseteak: more like a bbq sandwich, but amazing nonetheless. Chicken sandwich: perfect ratio of all ingredients, so simple and comforting and good! I loved the light, fluffy bread. Smoothie: Also so delicious! We were so excited to find that the sandwiches came with fruit on the side! I couldn't believe how sweet and juicy every piece of melon and the strawberry were. It's clear that whoever made this cares about making good food. We'd spent the day in bed due to sickness so this was the highlight of our day. Will be ordering again!"

"The Cornish hen had great flavor and subbed the rice for lubia polo which had great amount of beef which I feel like most places skimp out on and the bread is freshly made and fluffy which is hard to find as well. Would definitely come back since it's close by me."
"WOW!!! Shirin is seriously one of the best Persian restaurants in Woodland Hills! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic—the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly, THE FOOD! 🤤
We ordered the koobideh and chicken shish kebab, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The koobideh was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfectly seasoned, slightly charred taste you hope for from a great Persian grill. Every bite was ridiculously good!
And the chicken shish kebab was just as impressive—tender, juicy, beautifully grilled, and full of incredible flavor. The chicken had that perfect combination of a delicious char on the outside while staying moist and succulent inside. Honestly, I could have eaten another plate!
The combination of the smoky grilled meat, aromatic seasonings, and fresh ingredients made this meal seriously mouth-watering. The portions were generous, everything came out beautifully prepared, and you could tell the food was made with care.
The service deserves a huge shout-out as well. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience.
Shirin is the kind of restaurant where you finish your meal and immediately start thinking about when you can come back. The koobideh and chicken shish kebab alone are worth the trip!
If you’re anywhere near Woodland Hills and love Persian food, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY SHIRIN! 🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. 10/10 — we will definitely be back!"

"I do believe for $30, there where should be at least more than one kebab. It was 90% rice with 1 jalepeno and 1 tomato. Priced too much for food received. Flavor was good. I would not order again for this pricing amount."
"Very disappointing! I had a bad experience with this restaurant before, but decided to give it one more chance.
The Dizi was full of fat and bones, the Ash portion was ridiculously small (barely two spoonfuls), and the Sholeh Zard was old, dry, and tasted like a cake.

"Food is amazing, the owners are very friendly people. Best afghan food in the valley. "
"I arrived 10 minutes later than the expected time the food would be ready, but the lady there said she needed 10 more minutes. She was the only person there-cooking, handling the register, and tending to customers. I came bck after 12 minutes and my order still wasn't ready and I was the only one left at that point. I waited an extra 30 minutes! The chicken 5. Chicken Gyro was the worst I've ever tried. The meat did not taste good. The onions were old, and the cabbage was bitter. It was also soaked in the yogurt sauce. She also messed up my order and gave me a lamb shank dish instead of the Lamb Kabob Plate. The lamb shank was so gamey. The 4. Beef Koobideh Kabob and 1. Chicken Afghani were mediocre. The flavor was okay, but the meat was so dry. The hummus was awful. The rice was probably the best thing on the plate. I would not recommend this place. I'm bummed Azeen's in Pasadena closed. I have yet to find an Afghani restaurant in LA that comes close to Azeen's. "

"One of the best middle eastern restaurants in the area! We order for every gathering or holidays. The Louleh Kebab Plate and Shish Taouk Plate chicken are amazing. Their humus and cabbage salad are my favorite. The lentil soup is incredible and the Fatayer Cheese Beoreg is a favorite. The food is flavorful, portions are huge, and it's consistent every single time."
"that's nowhere near an Armenian salad. it had so much oil inside that I can fuel a Nascar engine for a 100 laps. The fillet minion was good , the lule kabob tasted weird. if you're going to charge $25 dollars a Shish Kebab Plate make sure everything is proper. that's already high prices right there and it has no rice inside just veggies and meat.
I purchased food for my friend and I... I was disappointed because she's Lebanese and I'm Armenian this is not how our culture eats. we take our time to prepare these dishes and make sure they are a balanced ratio. The Chef's Armenian Salad has lettuce... we don't even use lettuce bro. we use tomatoes, cucumber, onions , dill, and some fresh cilantro with a slight drizzle of olive oil. There was so much oil, it splashed out of the container and all over the delivery bag.
I don't know who your chef is or how you manage your place but you need to figure it out. You shouldn't be serving like this on a Friday night."

"Soltani was oneof the best I've had in recent years. The albaloo polo is also an amazing modification. "
"It's really frustrating I am their customer for long time
Even last time I complained about there's so little meat or not at all in 3 stews
But today it was worse than ever pomogrant stew is very watery with no taste
Same as 2 other stews
Mr manager or the owner please if I do reorder by my mistake please just say
Items not available. This is a shame for such quality Persian food ? Used to be ) now it's not worth the money at all
I'm very upset
Specially when I had a guest and told her this is a fine food
I want my money back
And never ever order or even go there
Shame "

"The food was beyond incredible. I split the Santorini bowl with salmon with my daughter and was barely able to finish my half. She had fries too that were also delicious. I can't wait to try other dishes & to try the restaurant in person!"
"I regret to say that the chicken was overcooked, resulting in a dry texture that did not meet expectations. Furthermore, the portion size seemed smaller than anticipated, with only four small pieces, which is less than what one might expect for a child's meal. I am unsure what has changed, but it was considerably better in the past."

"The food here is fresh and really tasty. I have recommended it to my family and friends and they all are very happy. The quality of the beef and chicken is on point and the salad dressing and the hummus are amazing. "
"I got the kebab combo very tasty they seem to be very consistent always moist not dry. The only thing I don't like is they charge you $2 to substitute sides like hummus for cucumber yogurt or any substitution. I can see maybe $1 but really $2?. Also, I tried ordering from their Panorama and Van Nuys location and hands down Panorama location is much better."

"I mean that's the most close shawarma to Russian I ever ate in LA . The other ones use a strange recipe—adding corn tortillas instead of lavash and a weird sauce—without realizing that 50% of a shawarma's flavor comes from the sauce. These guys, however, do everything right: the taste is traditional, the price is great, and the ingredients are fresh."
"One of the few places where the food actually looks and tastes amazing.
The meat was tender, well-marinated, and full of flavor. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the sauces were perfect. The atmosphere was chill, the restaurant was very clean, and the employees were super respectful and welcoming.
You can really tell they put effort into both the food and the customer experience. Definitely coming back again with friends and family."
