"Loved everything. The Sujuk & Cheese Pocket is a very cheesy half a pizza (calzone) size. So filling that it has to be consumed in 2 sessions - lunch & dinner. It might end up costing $10 more if you order extras like chopped cucumber +mint +capsicum, which it needs. But that's all fine. The store did an exscellent packaging job in a separate plastic container for my extra, and your order items are printed out & stuck onto each container, fully readably (nice printer)!

"God Father pizza is normally amazing, was pretty good this time but was quite a bit soggier than normal for some reason. Pumpkin Arancini was great. The gorgonzola sauce is amazing. They sent the arancini and sauce in separate containers, which was a nice touch to avoid sogginess of the arancini, and also cut the corner off the lid of the arancini to help the steam escape so it doesn't arrive steamed, and retains a lot of the crispiness from the coating during delivery. "We may have found our fave pasta, pizza place, had just moved into the area. We got the pasta Penne Boscaiola with chicken, the Salt and Pepper Calamari and Garlic Cheese bread which turned out to be a pizza. So flavoursome, delicious, and good servings I know why it is 4.7 ratings, I would rate it 5 stars. They know what they're doing and cooked with love. My family and I, have had many superb meals from them, for over 6 years.
The food is always fresh, flavoursome and filling -what with the great portion sizes.
The calamari is always a winner, as is the Penne Boscaiola (we add chicken to this, sometimes). I find some pizza based places to be a bit hit and miss, or simply lacking in consistency.
That is definitely NOT the case, with The Charles'. The consistency, well, it is extremely consistent!
The staff are always friendly, & no disrespect to the host of this review, I generally prefer to order directly from the restaurant, so they have a better chance of surviving, & keep their quality of output, high.
The DD driver was swift & friendly, & delivered the food, hot.
Another great all round experience!

"This was our first time ordering and the food was fabulous. Loved the Porchetta and the Patate & Porchetta - 13 Inch pizza. Proper traditional wood fired pizza with a white base.
