I do wish that the fries would have been hot and crispy, but it makes sense because Red Robin fries usually only tatste good as soon as they are finished being cooked and are hot. If they sit too long they get cold, hard, and are not as fresh and tasty as they would be right out of the fryer.

"Ordered online for pickup. Checked my bag when I got there, both bags of chips were missing. Not surprised as it had happened before, which is why I knew to check. I asked about it and they grabbed my chips.
Fast forward to sitting down to eat... They forgot my apple juice, gave us the wrong bread for our cheese steak sandwich (sourdough instead of ciabatta) and instead of French onion soup we got a small cup of chili and a small cup of macaroni and cheese. I requested a refund for all of my missing items but still - did they even look at the order ticket?
