"order Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers occasionally and usually really enjoy their food. I love their fries, and their steakburgers are normally a great value and full of flavor. Unfortunately, today’s order was disappointing.
The burger itself was very bland and tasted like it had no seasoning at all. The tomatoes were soggy, and the lettuce was extremely wilted and not fresh, which really took away from the overall experience. This isn’t what I’m used to from Freddy’s, as they normally maintain a much higher standard.
The fries were, as always, excellent — no complaints there. However, whoever prepared the burger today did not meet the usual Freddy’s quality or standards. I hope this was just an off day, because Freddy’s has always been an excellent restaurant in my experience."
