Their pizzas used to be loaded with ingredients and cheese, but now it’s the complete opposite. At $2 per topping, I can barely see them on my pizza. "Without doubt, the best pizza in Charlotte. Regardless of if you dine in or order, it will always be fresh, baked to perfection and will taste like pizza is supposed to taste. Extremely high quality of ingredients so they don't have to use taste amplifiers (sugar, oil, syrups and everything that is often put on top of pizzas that you dont even know).
All of their menu items are 10/10 and I highly recommend trying chicken francese, prosciutto mushroom pasta and pork medallions. They are my favorite dishes and I'm a big foodie. Portions are big and food ALWAYS tastes the same, which is so rare and means they know what they're doing. Achieving that level of consistency while making sure its fresh and delicious is so hard.
For dining in - they have a large parking and amazing wine selection.
