The other star markdown is from the prep time. Everything is pre-packaged, not made fresh to order, which should be maybe 5 minutes of prep time - throw items in bag. My Dasher had to wait at the location for close to 20 minutes waiting on my order to be 'prepared' aka placed in a bag.

The cheese delivered in open packaging and I could have done that myself. Not very good. I miss Cinnabon but the quality is not as good as it used to be. It was cold and I had to microwave it, and I don't live very far away so that's not the issue. Maybe they need better packaging for delivery items because paper doesn't retain the heat."
