"These were my first items & experience with Cali Rays. I had the Garlic Pesto Turkey*. The only thing I added that wasn't standard was mayo. "Sonic the Hedgehog would definitely approve of The Chili Dog here! It is way-past cool, and the lack of beans in the chili cuts thr nonsense and goes for pure umami. The ketchup adds some subtle sweetness and aromatic, while the mustard adds just a bit of pleasantly tangy funkiness to the flavor party. The onions add a refreshing pungency and the cheese adds wonderful creaminess and complexity.

The "island slaw" turned out to be what looks like chopped cabbage braised in sugar syrup. All over my hot dog. Ick. I tried to scrape it off, but I couldn't get the taste out of the hot dog.
