Unfortunately the food has been a let down.
Kebab meat was dry and lacking flavour. Also specifically this time around something tasted off (I nailed it down to the cheese as it was very sour and bitter) and salad fillings were skimped out. However, they aced the sauce request so thank you.
The Chips for $13 both tasted and looked as though they had been cooked earlier then chucked back in the fryer to reheat. Which is incredibly disappointing considering the price point (I don't mind paying $13) but it's gotta be $13 worth of quality not necessarily quantity. The cheese sauce was pretty good. Hopefully you are able to step up the game and take this feedback as a way to challenge yourself and step up with the local kebab competition as Moorabbin houses many of Melbournes kebab institutions."

"The food was terrible. The Fried Calamari was cold no chip the box was soggy & for the amount we paid we got 9 ring . The gyros was also cold. The lamb was over cooked. Again the quality & quantity was low. We waited over an hour for the food to be delivered. Not being the driver fault. He was waiting for 1/2 hour for the food. The salad was poor too. Never again. "

i stopped eating kebabs (with kebab/gyro meat) about 25 years ago after a bad experience.
Had tried a few other chicken wraps that have chunks of chicken over the years not doner kebab, and they were decent enough, & initially my first purchase here that's what i thought i was buying, not doner kebab.
Well, I'm grateful i was confused, as the first experience was so good, I've been back multiple times now to purchase the same items Chicken Wrap with extra meat + Large Chips and every time the quality has been spot on, fresh, & tasty. The chips are so nice. They have a crunch and a softness to them.

"It was late at night yes, but they took so long to confirm the order that we ordered from somewhere else, and then suddenly they'd confirmed it but it still was half an hour later than originally estimated. food was good upon arrival but we ended up with double food as we ordered elsewhere assuming the place was closed as it had been 10+ minutes to confirm our order from the restaurant so we gave up on them.
