"The beef and bread took me back to roadside country farms i grew up with in Virginia. (If any souther relatives read that, I may lose some standing among my peers but, I tell you the lettuce must have come from a local garden. The tomatoes actually have a taste, the fresh mozz glistens and doesn't taste like a refrigerator... Each ingredient truly shines in its own way from the prosciutto down to the extra virgin olive oil, it strikes a great balance of being filling and savory but not so heavy where you can't (or don't want to) work the rest of your shift.
Not only is it a generous portion for the price but they consistently make it the way it was intended... Cause we all know a place or two where it can be fantastic one day and for some reason, the chicken cutlet is soggy or dry the next.
