The Jumbo Shrimp Pho is big and comes with assembly required. That keeps it fresh, but it's a little awkward to manage in a hotel room. I got an abundance of noodles and three skewers of shrimp. Bean sprouts, onions, and sauces make this come alive. It's enough for two or three people!
The Sushi Sashimi Combo was another big dish. I over ordered, for sure. Where the roll was complex, the sashimi and nigiri were simple, as they should be.
Oh, and the side of Kimchi 4 oz was also perfect. My stomach asked me for that. Just the right size. Spicy, but not overpowering.
