"The PKS "Louisiana" Andouille Sausage & Seafood Gumbo is more than likely the best gumbo in Houston. I would challenge any other restaurant that their gumbo is not as good as the one at PKS. That Knife & Fork Seafood Cobb salad is so fresh and the vegetables are so plentiful and the portion is outrageous. But it's not all roses . Are we still having those serious supply chain issues that we had back in 2020? There are many factors that drive upthe cost of food however what's gonna drive up my income? "Everything was incredible!
