The broth had such an amazing flavour. The noodles had such an amazing texture, the bean sprouts were perfectly crunchy and snappy, and the BBQ pork belly was tender and fatty, but in a good way. My only regret is that I didn't go up to 2 or 3 scoops of Asian Spice. Next time, I will know that one scoop of Asian Spice is just not enough. If you are ever in the mood for a great bowl of authentic ramen, look no further than this amazing establishment. I cannot wait to order from here again! "

"I really like Thai express, but when I picked it up, my pad Thai was so unbelievably dry; the gluten free Pad Thai also doesn't have the option to add extra sauce, unlike the regular pad thai (and only the gluten free pad thai has the option to add Chinese broccoli for some reason).
So bumbed with how dry it was, and how weirdly little chicken it had? Hopefully next time it will be different........ There was also no green onions, tofu or egg, like was advertised.
