"I've been on the fence about ordering from here and I finally decided to pull the trigger. 2.5 lbs of ribs and 1/2 lb of brisket to try the food. It was too salty to eat. Even my kids that like a heavier salt taste complained. You Should trim or burn more fat off the meat. It shouldn't be a 50:50 ratio of fat ever on any meat - The brisket was heavy on fat cap and didn't taste fresh. It was early in the evening and the meat was not fresh!? The ribs still had sinew and fat trapped. The char was minimal on the ribs so they were looking a little pale and gray. Might try again in the future but after waiting so long to try with such disappointment. I'm inclined to let my money support another entrepreneur."
