"They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong."

"I love this place! Birthday Cake are the finishing touch to the meal -soft inside, slight crunchy outer shell, top dipped in sugar water/milk frosting -delicious and addictive! Carne Asada Tacos are always melt in your mouth perfect. The chimichurri is so delicious with flavors -best one I've had. The cabbage mix adds extra flavor and texture! Frida's Queso & Chips is always yum!"
"We love ordering from here but not all dishes are the same . Every single flat bred comes burned and pretzel bit dip sucks. The doughnuts are the best we've ever had and their burgers and fries hit the spot. It's just hit and miss. Love the chicken strip, and other select items. Don't get the steak frites, the deviled eggs are good. Again... order and expect love / hate ."

"They gave plain toast for my Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich when the picture shows a croissant. Probably wouldn't mind otherwise if the sausage and egg weren't so tiny and didn't barely fill the bread. And the item says "your choice of" but there's no option to select the bread so I'm not sure why they'd do that."
