8 of the items ordered came with 2 sides placed in separate containers. In a work environment with short lunch break, it would have helped labelling the food containers with the person's name - names are readily available in the order details. Containers had to be opened to determine the contents.
Entrees were in tin/aluminum containers. Top of containers showed the menu name which was hardly readable because a ballpen was used. Therefore those containers had to opened too. We recommend using a permanent marker for labeling - a simple solution that will enhance the overall experience."
