"If you’re anywhere near Holland, order from Nadine’s. Seriously. We ordered the Philly and three Italian Beef sandwiches, and every single one was spot-on. The Italian Beef? Perfectly balanced. Not drowning, not dry, not that sloppy mess you regret halfway through — just tender beef, great flavor, and the exact right size so you actually enjoy the whole thing.
And the coleslaw… listen. I don’t hand out slaw praise lightly. This is clearly homemade, bright, fresh, just the right amount of tang. It’s the kind of slaw that makes you annoyed at all the sad, mushy slaws you’ve eaten before.
