"I only ordered 2 things and I wasn't very happy with either one. The potato skins were overcooked and TINY, (the 2 containers of Ranch were bigger than all 6 of the potato skins, and I'm not kidding!), and the cake was super dry and hard wven after adding the berries, sauce and ice cream!. I picked the order up and when I got there, it wasn't ready and I had to wait which wasn't an issue because then I was expecting my food to be nice a fresh. Unfortunately, it was not. The difference in the food quality was Night and day compared to if I had gotten a table and eaten there. I find that to be unacceptable because I'm paying the same amount of money and therefore, I should have the same quality of food whether I eat in or not.
