"Was excited for the new Piney Flats Dunkin' to open because the Elizabethton Dunkin' has gone downhill significantly—almost every order from the Betsy store is missing at least one item and/or has serious quality issues. Unfortunately, my first order from the new Piney Flats store was also disappointing. My small Macchiato was only about halfway full. It was also only lukewarm upon arrival, and the espresso tastes quite burnt and very acidic—each sip feels like it's somehow coating my nasal passages with the bitter, acidic tang of burnt coffee. This is so disappointing, since for a long time, Dunkin' was my go-to spot for coffee, even over Starbucks. Nowadays, even McDonald's coffee is LIGHTYEARS ahead of the swill Dunkin' is peddling!
I will say, the Chai Latte and Munchkins we ordered were just fine. Nothing crazy, but not gross either, unlike my Macchiato.
I'm sure my coworkers will rope me into getting Dunkin' again in the future, so hopefully by that point, things will improve, and I can update my review to reflect those improvements."

"For $16 the "big cheese dip" was about 12-14 oz? (about the size of a coke can) because we were tired of paying $8 for such a small amount and sharing it with a family, but everything else was great. Still highly recommend...just avoid the cheese dip...it's amazing tasting but not worth what they think it is by far. 1 star taken off bc of cheese dip prices. "

"Ribs had even meaty slices and the flavor was great. Brisket Chili was rich in flavor, delicious! Pulled pork sandwich on Texas toast is a large portion of pulled smoked pork and is a large sandwich with a delicious BBQ flavor. French fries were great! We will definitely order again. "
"I usually just don't leave a review if it's negative, but there is definitely better go-to BBQ in town. I ordered Three Meats, Two Sides . The pulled pork was fatty but had good smoke flavor, sausage was decent, and the turkey had that weird poultry taste you get when reheating and was also fatty. They forgot all 3 of the sauces I ordered. Corn pudding was decent, beans also decent but nothing you can't get out of a can. Wife got a Beef Brisket sandwich "lean cut" but I had to cut off and throw out about a third of the portion that was a large fat cap. Also forgot her sauce. The peach cobbler was slimy and truly gross. The only good thing we got for around $60 was hush puppies, but you really can't screw that up."
