"I just moved back to the city after being in the country for 2 years and I was excited to finally get my Carne Asada Fries like I used to. The price has gone way up and the portion was so small! There was the thinnest layer of fries at the bottom. The portions used to be huge and practically over flowing the to go box. It barely even touched the sides. Also, it was incredibly bland. There was no flavor and they didn't give us any sauces even though I asked for them. It was sadly so disappointing for my first time having Robertos in so long."

"Tzatziki was so bland, it only tasted like yogurt. No cucumber, lemon, dill, mint literally anything was present flavor wise. It was put in a flimsy plastic container that broke (not just opened) before i could walk 20 feet to my car and spilled over my other items. Another item was cancelled on me last minute and was not mentioned until I arrived at the location. They then put on the app that the item was substituted (it was not) so if i had not taken a picture of my order, i would've had to pay full price for something I never received. The server/cashier also yelled at me over other customers to close my order before I left which was unimaginably unprofessional and rude. "

"The Tiramisu and crème Crème Brûlée were exactly what I wanted - creamy, delicious, and not too sweet. The only thing is that the portions are very small for a bakery. I compare to several bakeries in the neighborhood and the portions here are 1/2 to 1/3 of the size at other bakeries. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra to get a decent piece of cake. I do not eat sweets often so when I buy, I like to have it in the fridge to nibble on for a couple of days. A piece of tiramisu is about 2"x2 1/8" and the creme is just about bite size - around two nice spoonfuls.
I know that no business wants to be compared to another, and I did so that other customers know.

"I grew up eating Ethiopian as we had an Ethiopian border when I was a kid, and have had it from many places over the years, and I love and enjoy most ethnic food. I will say while the injira was soft and light, the Portion sizes were very generous, food seemed fresh as well that was the only thing I liked. I feel like most of the dishes had little to no flavors. Far too light on the seasonings. Again, great portion sizes, fresh but just extremely bland. For that reason I wouldn't order again."
