"This is right by my house but I just recently broke my ankle and had surgery so I'm not mobile. They don't have Dr. Pepper on the DD menu but typically have them, so I ordered a Mexican Coke and asked for a Dr. Pepper instead if they were able to. Along with having my absolute favorite Green Chili, they left me a sweet note and gave me two Dr. Pepper along with a cookie for the price difference. I love this place and the people. "I have been coming to this restaurant with my grandparents since I was a little girl. Cheap prices and my very favorite restaurant. The smell of their green chile and the taste of the food is so nostalgic to me so the second I smelled it when it got to my place I felt that in my bones. My grandma used to call one of the employees Slow Jose because he forgot her soda during a crazy dinner rush like twenty years ago and now we just call the restaurant Slow Joe's. So excited it's on doordash now! Please show lots of support and love! Very good food and fond memories. Really good prices as well.
