The chilate was not good at all, tasted like watered down masa, and I've had chilate in Mexico which was actually pretty good. The nuegados were overly sweet, since they came together in the order I'm wondering it's to balance the lack of flavor from the chilate and to dim the overly sweetness of the nuegados.
