"I ordered breakfast and was charged for an American cinnamon bun but received a chocolate croissant instead. I was never called or offered an alternative. Everything came packaged in separate containers — eggs, potatoes, bacon, and all — which felt excessive. I decided to give you guys a try for something different, but I should’ve stuck with my go-to, Café Le Fleur on Olympic.
