They did use Jalapeño peppers which is a bit different but I think it gave the dish a nice little kick only wish the slices were thinner on the pepper as you get a big bite of pepper. Over all it was a nice dinner and only real complaint would be that the Egg Drop Soup didn't come with fried wanton crunchies like more places have."

"I’m not sure if this restaurant has changed chefs in the past few months, but the Special Fried Minced Meat Noodles has gone downhill recently. The last few times I ordered it, the sauce was either way too thin or just completely off.
Today was especially bad. I honestly don’t know if the chef even tasted it before serving it. It was insanely thick and unbelievably salty. I had to pour an entire bowl of water into it just to dilute the sauce enough to eat.
I really hope they can fix the consistency and, most importantly, the salt level. This used to be much better."
