"I ordered a wrap and sub for chicken salad. I was starving until I took a bite and got huge apple and grape chunks in the wrap. The chicken salad is 99% fruit salad with mayo on it. It's just as gross as it sounds. I love Rachel's but this was incredibly disappointing and gross."

"The tomato mozzarella sandwich was made with thick dry bread, no balsamic vinaigrette. More roasted red peppers than tomatoes. It was definitely not worth the money. La Madeline has a better more flavorful version. Also, I didn’t get the soup I ordered. They gave me a tomato soup which more resembles a thick spicy pizza sauce than soup. Such a disappointment "
