"Quick disclosure - I am from Delhi and I ordered Chili Chicken Momo. One word - amazing. I had no expectations based on my experience ordering momos here in the DMV area but this was one of the best momos I ever had. Took me back - maybe a little spicy for our domestic friends but Indian folks missing home - this is it!!
Will be ordering a lot more!"
"All the food is always delicious from here but I always come back especially for the Butter Chicken. It's sweet and a bit spicy, it is super addictive taste. Portions might seems small but they do feed quite a bit. I will order again for sure."

"food is stellar! the flavor, the spice level, the texture. feel like I got invited to my favorite aunties house Chicken Tikka Masala W/Rice Naan Bread had a beautiful creamy, tomato flavor with notes of masala spices throughout and there was enough sauce for me to pour over ALL of my rice
10 Chicken Chilly Momos (Dumplings) had a light texture crisp on the outside which I really appreciated
some of the better Mango Lassi 12 Oz that I've had"
"I must say this food is so amazing I had to take some time to review mid-bite. The Chicken Tikka Masala W/Rice & Naan is FULL of flavor and the portion size is worth the price! "Chicken Tikka + Avocado Salad Good stuff. plenty of flavor. A bit of "spiciness" (heat), enough to make it interesting without going overboard. I don't actually recall, but there are probably options from completely mild to "call 911!" I got spinach and "sexygreens" (kale & arugula) as the base, and added the "potato & cauliflower" option.
I also opted for the Garlic Naan, which uses RAW, FRESH garlic, and plenty of it. Pretty powerful. My wife found it overwhelming; but once I realized what it actually was (At first I thought it was some exotic Indian spice or herb, but then I recognized it was just very strong raw garlic), I liked it. But it's not for the faint of heart. They also offer plain naan.
Especially with the naan, this is a full meal, and then some, depending on how hungry you are. I ended up saving part of mine for the next day.
AND, with the DashPass BOGO, it was an excellent deal. I liked it, will probably get it again."
"Portions were horrible. I'm glad that I ordered when they had a special going because if I paid full price for a bowl that was 80% rice I would be pissed. Beyond that, the flavor of the food was very lackluster."

"DELICIOUS and beautiful! The Chicken 65 was a great amount of food and so was the the Butter Chicken Wings. I got medium spicy for both and it was the perfect "my mouth is tingly but I'm not dying and it's flavorful" level of spice I wanted. "
"Loved the dosa and chutney. Sambar was very less but otherwise everything was great. Felt satisfied with such a flavourful dosa. Have tried dosa at many other places but I was left disappointed by every other place. But from Sundara Everything felt fresh. Would definitely order dosa from here again. "Try the Vegetable Momo's 6 pcs .. they are heavenly. Their samosas are also very delish. I would however, skip the Rice Pudding , it was tasteless. We had the Non-Veg Meal with Butter Chicken and Aloo Ghobi... both of which were very tasty, well worth the price and plenty of food for 4."

Overall, great order and happy meal. Will recommend it to fellow Vegetarians. Also the food was freshly made unlike other restaurants."
"I used to love Saffronnso much, but this time was such a disappointment! Vegetables and paneer were cut in 2 inch by 2 inch chunks- HUGE! And although I asked for "medium spice" it was really bland. "there is so much meat in the lamb Biriyani. I ordered the medium but it still has a kick to it. it came with a lot of raita which had a good cucumber taste. it's very seasoned and flavorful. the Chicken 65 is also very flavorful and it has plenty of sauce so it's not dry. I also like that the chicken is crispy."

Savory, sweet, spicy, and just an incredibly tasty combination of flavors and textures. It's also huge and great for sharing and/or leftovers for lunch tomorrow. "This was so good, it's chicken 65ish chicken layered with pulao which is flaky and a lil sweet wrapped in an omlette and oh man it was great coming from a hyderabadi snob. Definitely not a biryani but would take this on days i'm craving something a little savory sweet and spicy"
"The portion is worth the money, the packaging and taste of the food is amazing. My kids were missing Indian food and loved the flavor.
The Butter Naan is fresh warm and perfectly soft too."

"I ordered the chicken friend noodles it was absolutely delicious. Try the mango drink you won't be disappointed, the food here is perfect."
"Overall hit or miss - Tandoori Chicken Biryani was best of the bunch. Butter Chicken came with only 1/2 a piece of Naan, Garlic Naan covered with minced garlic from a jar almost inedible and Ras Ras Malai (3) looked awful and only came with 1, not 3."

"the Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza is honestly a must-have. It is SO good. The crust is not too thick or too thin and it's just so delicious. It keeps in the fridge for your next day snack too. Their Garlic Naan always stays soft even after a night in the fridge!"
"The mango lassi was amazing with fresh cardamom. The veggie samosas were delicious, as were the sauces. The butter chicken is great, the sauce is perfect, but medium spice was more mild. The garlic naan was some of the worst naan I've ever had. I feel like they might use the pizza dough to make the naan, as it was thick. The pizza slice came to us seeming not fresh. Overall, I would def order from here again, it's the best butter chicken in DC in my opinion. Love the mango lassi. Rice was good too."

"I ordered the Veg Biryani and the Butter Naan and they both were excellent. This is probably the best Indian food in the whole area. I will keep ordering from Minerva often. They always make their food with a lot of love and care and it reflects well with the taste of their food. The food is always delicious every time! "
"They forgot to add salt to Gobi masala (says someone who avoids sodium as much as possible). The biryani was worse. It was way too spicy (when spice level wasnt an option one would except medium at best) and salty (the irony). Now the worst part - the only 3-4 pieces of meat they put in it was just bones. Never again. "

"The best door dashed Indian food I've had in this area! The Chicken Keema Biryani, Aloo Gobi Masala, and Egg Curry were all outstanding! Pop the Masala Dosa in the air-fryer for a couple minutes to restore it to its original greatness. Would order all of them again!"

"Avakaya chicken biryani utterly delicious and spicy, same with the Andrea chicken curry which comes with flavoured rice. The pics are after I took a serving out of them. Large portions, also comes with a peanut spicy sauce and a type of raita. It's all delish. And spicy. Flavourful pieces of chicken and there is ample amounts. Will definitely order again!"
"The biryani and aloo palak were very flavourful and delicious, as was the rice that came with the aloo palak.
The roti was a disappointment: for $2.99, I got a single 6" warm flour tortilla. I guess it was technically roti, but getting a single piece for $2.99 was not a good value for me."

"This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and the food was DELICIOUS! I am a meat-eater, but I never missed the meat. My favorite dish was the Saag Paneer . I've had it before I never knew what it was called. The Samosas were Amazing! The Vegetable Biryani was SO good - and spicy!! I'll have to start driving to the restaurant to order in person, because Doordash is extremely expensive, but this food was absolutely worth the money! We should all support this restaurant. Great food like this is very hard to find!"
"Absolutely loved my meal at Bombay Street Food. The Malai Kofta was rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavor, perfectly complemented by the warm, fluffy Garlic Naan.

"FINALLY found excellent Indian food in Bethesda that tastes authentic! We loved everything we tried: butter chicken was properly spiced and not so overly sweet (but my kids still loved it), saag paneer was vibrant and flavorful, and the tandoori wings were the best I've had. "The best Saag Paneer in the DMV! It's fresh, flavorful, and the spice level is perfect. The sharing size is a great price and I can get 2-3 meals out of it. It also comes with a big portion of rice, so no need to order extra. The Garlic Naan is huge and good as well."
