My Costra ,(Keto Birria taco in a crispy cheese shell) had so much filling that a lot fell out. but there was still plenty of meat inside. It was delicious. "The flavor was all there and the chicken was moist, it was a lot of food as well. However the rice was extremely undercooked to the point where I had to spit grains out or it would hurt my teeth.
