I asked for the eggs over easy, they all came with fully hard yolks, which I don't like. They have a bunch of customization options but seem to ignore the things you select. I asked for the bacon well done, it wasn't. I paid extra for the home fries to be cooked with veggies, and also asked for them to be crispy, and those weren't honored either.
