Everyone has seen those jumbo bottles of "chocolate" syrup with the pump top; it's just that blended with milk, like you'd find at a cheap milkbar. Bad flavour, bad texture. Not thick at all, and an absolute rip off for $11! For that cost I was expecting one of the more recent fancy thickshakes with high quality ingredients. If I had ordered at the restaurant I probably would have sent it back and asked for a refund."

"It was decent flavour but ordered a 'thick' base and it wasn't very thick. Only slightly bigger than a thin base in my book - around 1cm thick. I guess this could be considered a 'traditional' size, but it definitely wasn't 'thick', if it is, I'd be scared to see what their trad + thin base sizes look like. I particularly ordered because I love thick base pizza and so few places do it, even if they claim they do, they still give you a thin base.. cost cutting I guess. Maybe it was end of the night and they ran out of thick bases? Still, was super disappointing. If I ever try them again, I'll call first to make sure they actually have thick bases, and see what they send - if it's still not actually thick, I'll know to not order again. I got a half and half BBQ Meat Lovers and Alanna Special - the Special was coated in blobs of garlic (way too much) - it didn't look anything like the photo. The beef was ok though.
