The staff always warmly welcome me and the food is always exceptional. Consistently delicious, so fresh and generous with both the chicken and the veggies on my chicken sandwich.
I must confess that I don't know anything about their other selections as I only ever get the very same thing.!
On occasion, I also get their supremely tasty potatoes with garlic sauce and it is bliss. I save every bite.
I don't go to any other Shawarma place even though there are a few between my house and this location.

"I genuinely do not understand the ratings for FEZ Shawarma. Before my order was even prepared, I called and asked if I could switch my order to the Saj Platter, which was actually cheaper than the plate I originally ordered. I was told no, even though it would have cost them less.
Then the food arrived and somehow got even worse. I left specific instructions, and none of them were followed. My plate showed up with no hummus, no garlic sauce, barely any potatoes, no pita bread, and a pile of dry, disgusting meat.
Seriously, how do you give somebody a shawarma plate with no hummus and no garlic sauce? Those are basic parts of the meal. Instead, I got a container full of dry meat, about four potatoes, and no pita bread. It was incomplete, poorly prepared, and felt like nobody cared what was being sent out the door.
The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. I called ahead to make a simple change to a cheaper platter and was told no. Then the order arrived missing half of what makes a shawarma plate a shawarma plate.
They should be ashamed of the quality they’re serving customers. I’ve ordered shawarma from plenty of places in Ottawa, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Shawarma Palace is a million times better in terms of quality, portions, and consistency. Save your money and order elsewhere."

"I ordered the chicken over rice and my daughter had the lamb over rice with their white sauce as we have dubbed it the :Oh God" sauce. The meat was moist flavorful and seasoned to perfection. The rice was done perfectly, flaky indicidual pieces not slumped together like some places you could tell it was made fresh. The salad was a wonderful accompanying factor as well. I tried the hot sauce with mine and it was spicy, flavorful and perfect with the chicken. This is now our go to place for fresh, fast and delicious food that fills us up nicely. A must go to place for a beautiful meal. Side note I tried the falafel and its was ridiculously good as well. "
