Despite my rather critical last review about the Pasta Carbonara, I kept my promise to give your business another shot by ordering probably the most "simple" dish; the Cacio e Peppe Pasta. This was deliberate, as if something as simple as this wasn't made properly, it might be an indicator of the rest of a restaurant's menu. Regardless, I was ecstatic! The pasta itself was cooked just a "hair" over "al dente", so it was still firm (which I enjoy.) The amount of grated-cheese-to-black-pepper ratio was perfect! Also, the whole dish was not extremely oily. Thank you, Pasta Glory, for proving to me that you care about the quality of your food. Tonight, I will try the Tortellini a la Vodka!
