I literally hit reorder today and either they forgot the mayo or did the lightest layer and I just can't tell. It's happened before with other items but again it was always a sauce or seasoning. Either way, I have condiments at home so I can doctor it up. People have different preferences so may just season differently with the same instructions. If I have to add some mayo or oil or oregano to make a good sub/hoagie great, I'm not complaining. I think hands down in north east the best option for subs/hoagies.
