What I love about this restaurant is that you get to choose what kind of bread that you get, a lot of people don't like eggs Benedict because they don't like the taste and texture of English muffins and that would be traditional in eggs Benedict but you can choose your type of bread and I choose bagel and it's just like having smoked salmon with bagel and the cream cheese, the egg yolk egg go all over the smoked salmon and make the dish incredibly tasteful! I think literally the most perfect dish is smoked salmon on bagels with cream cheese, and the eggs had an extra over the top deliciousness! All the toppings are in one mixture and the egg on top of the salmon with the onions and capers are delicious! This literally is the most perfect breakfast dish ever! If you get them with the fried potatoes, mixing the onion and caper mixture with your potatoes adds an incredible flavor to your potatoes! This restaurant and this dish is definitely worth a try! "
