The fries are almost pub-style: you know, fresh cut, each fry larger than most places, seems like they may be par boiled or at least par fried prior to the final fry. Very tasty, and crispy on the outside but still fluffy and potatoey as well, and the fries pair nicely with the truffle mayo! The lemon wedge and malt vinegar pack are a nice touch!
