We arrived 10 minutes after our pickup window, and we waited another 40 minutes for our order to actually be ready. The employee that was at the registers was actively ignoring customers and pretending not to notice us or any other customer. She was joking around with other workers and not acknowledging the people in the store. Overall a very bad experience. Haven't tried the Frosty's yet but one of them was melted and dripping out of the cup when it arrived. I have submitted this review to the store and hopefully they will make this right with a full refund. We'll see."
