"This used to be my favorite place to get loaded fries (salchipapa). I’ve been ordering them regularly for a long time, but sadly, they recently changed them, and the quality has gone way down.
The fries are now cheap and soggy, the meat is hard and chewy, there’s barely any corn, and they no longer put the sauce directly on the fries like they used to. I was really disappointed because this was something I ordered all the time.
At first, I thought maybe it was just a one-time bad order, so I decided to give them another chance today. Unfortunately, they were just as bad.
It’s sad to see one of my favorite items change this much, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering them again unless they go back to the way they used to make them."

"Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my order. All three items I ordered weren't up to Big Boy's standards: my over easy Two Eggs - Any Style were over medium hard, the bowl of Fresh Fruit consisted of 11 red grapes and 5 pieces of pineapple (2 decent and 3 quite little in size), the crispy Side of Hash Browns weren't very crispy they were greasy. If only one item was off I wouldn't say anything, but it was the entire order."
