"honestly, the food is just average, and it is so expensive compared to similar restaurants. the plus side to it though is the variety. if you have a group that can't decide on one thing, this is the place. there is something for everyone, it's just all average - don't expect big things. 😅
hashbrown are great. if you order them crispy (my preference), they are SO crisp. it's actually pretty impressive how crisp they get them AND THEY STAY that way through delivery. great crunch when you bite down.
which brings me to the second big strength behind variety - the packaging is so well done. things that should be separate stay that way. there is good ventilation to let steam out to keep things fresh. lots of big plastic. but wash up nicely if you want to reuse and solid quality and helpful.
I've learned i don't care for their biscuits. they are crumbly, flavorless, and dry. the Syrup Caddy is literally just any average small plastic condiment container. nothing like pictured."

"I loved the Ultimate Trio I got however I must say that the French Onion Soup was utterly disappointing mostly because when you order it in store it has cheese and bread, the staple of the French Onion Soup and yet when I received my soup it had no cheese and no bread just onion broth with onion chunks and at that point I might as well buy a can for a dollar rather than spend 9 dollars on a soup smaller than a soda can with no cheese or bread. I would not order the French Onion Soup again however the Ultimate Trio was lovely only critique was that it was a little soggy but I understand that delivered hot food has condensation and will do that. They gave me about 2 extra boneless wings for each of the 4 flavors so overall there was about 8 extra wings. I asked for extra crispy fries and they were still soggy but they arrived warm. The "large" portion supposedly for 2 people to share was not that big at all. Overall the food was good, but some of it was disappointing. I would order again simply for the value."
