The Soup Kharcho is a hearty, filling, standard beef stew with spices and the oil drippings on top, with the lamb meat at the bottom. The Turkish Coffee came in a small plastic childrens cup with an animals theme, and tasted like regular black drip coffee (americano). The Natural Georgian Soda is "Zedazeni" and is a flavorful and interesting drink. It definitely tastes like tarragon, the flavor I selected. Tarragon seemed to he the theme of all the restaurant, so I chose it. Tastes comparable to anise or licorice. It tastes good if you are willing to try something new. The portions of everything except the coffee are large, but turkish coffee is more like a shot glass size traditionally, anyway. I would compare this cuisine to family-Italian cuisine, but with a unique regional aspect."
