"I wanted to try a few things and got the Pistachio spiral croissant, the pastry tasted a little old and hard but the cream inside was SO good it was light and velvety, good flavor it didn't taste artificial. I also tried the cookie croissant and it was hard and dry, would not get it again. The Pain Au Chocolattes was flaky but as with the other pastry it was dry and a little hard, and lastly we tried the vanilla donut, the donut itself was a little rubbery but the filling was so good. Like the pistachio it was not artificial and very light. I'd order the things with fillings any day"

The Plain Laura's by Slice With Strawberry Topping was better, the cheesecake itself seemed fresher and more creamy but my husband said the topping tasted like the hubba bubba strawberry squeeze gel haha. Really wish it would have been better because I would prefer to buy local but for $3-4 more you can get better tasting and almost twice the amount from Cheesecake Factory."

White Tea was really good, had strong floral notes and maybe sage? . I would probably return for the tea alone. Wish they gave more for the price though (received about 6-8oz). The Sayyadieh (fisherman's Rice) was super flavorful but fish (swai) was kind of tough, would recommend ordering this dish with a more forgiving fish like tilapia or maybe the salmon. The Humous with Lebanese Bread & house Pickled Veggies was also good. Could have done without the 3 Sambousek w/ Seasoned Ground Beef TBH, it was more on the sweeter side - the Garlic Paste helped balance it out though. Overall, we were satisfied with the dishes we tried and would return again. "

"Amazing! You owe it to yourself to try this pizza! Lately it’s less expensive than Dominoes and SO much more flavorful. My family loves it. If you’re in the San Diego area, it’s a must have. One of our favorite specialty pizzas is the Surfrider Pie. The garlic cloves are like butter. It’s heavenly! We also really love the calzones! We tried a veggie calzone recently; it had mozzarella, ricotta, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts (we got ours without onions and mushrooms and it was hot and fresh). Best calzone we’ve EVER had! And I love a thin foldable pizza that is still somehow packed with flavor! Their spicy pizzas are terrific, too, for those who like spice. We also love that we can get a half and half pizza with two specialty pizzas combined! The pieces are big. Great value. Best pizza in California. We’ll be back. A lot."
"Im from the east coast where theres a lot of great pizza spots but this pizza was actually decent but the wings omg the honey schu garlic 10/10 will get them again before I leave for my flight, and the cookies dont get me started I was punching the air it was so good, the only reason I give you guys 4/5 stars was it was total chaos in there with only two workers in the front and a full house those poor workers but customer service was top tier!!!! "Honestly, the food here is great! Everything was SO flavorful and the prices were on point. I had the Gumbo, which was super flavorful and had a strong kick, paired with the Side - Macaroni and Cheese to tone it down a little. The Hot Link Poboy was perfectly balanced. The slaw, sauce, pickles and tomato went great with the link.

"Gumbo fries are top-tier. Delivered pipping hot and cooked just right. I didn't like how the gumbo was packaged, though.
