The egg was acceptable, but chunky - resulting in a tougher texture and with less sauce able to coat it (the egg was probably cooked in a rush while multitasking - thrown into the wok in a rush, then left to sit and toughen).
Overall, the experience was not terrible, and it was only my first time ordering from ThongLor, and on a Saturday night about an hour from closing. Maybe it was just a bad night."
