For me, most of the time mapo tofu dishes in SF are meh but this MaPo tofu was FANTASTIC. On point flavor and sauce and texture -- pairs beautiful over rice.
Everything else was fantastic too. I enjoyed some classic Sichuan dishes like their Twice Cooked Pork, Spicy Cauliflower in Mini Flaming Pot, and Dry Sauteed Green Beans.

Ridiculously bright. Crispy as hell. This is my second time trying these-just as perfect. You get 3 lovely servings. They are large. And of course, it comes with a swest chili dipping sauce. Now, the chow mein. I got chicken. Very delicous, very fresh, flavor is there. The noodles? Lovely. Silky. Chewy. Will I order these again? I used to order from YGF because I liked their malatang . It was tasty and affordable. But lately, the quality has really gone downhill. I paid $18 and got three pieces of beef, one slice of potato, two bok choy, three tiny pieces of Chinese cabbage, two pieces of tofu, one shrimp, and mostly noodles. Even when I ordered 1 lb for $15, I used to get way more food than this. This is definitely not worth it anymore."

"The Dumplings(Pork and Spring Onion ,10 pcs) / 黑豚大蔥餃 are excellent! I should have ordered more. They forgot to give me sauce but it didn't even matter they were still great.
The Dan-Dan Noodle / 擔擔面 was very good as well. I like a savory chili oil style dan dan vs the peanut sauce kind. This was exactly what i wanted. Serving was generous as well.

The pork balls tasted more carb than meat. The Minced Pork Noodle with Egg and Tomato is tasty. The noodles didn't taste like handpulled or maybe it's the Northern China version of handpulled noodle. I was expecting the handpulled noodles to be more al dente. They were soft. Northern Style Homemade Colorful Mixed is refreshing, delicious with fresh/finely shredded cucumber, wooden ears/fungus, slices of thin omelette, crunchy shredded carrots, bouncy al dente wide bean thread noodles, and the flavorful sauteed pork.
