"I was really excited and looking forward to this chicken. I was curious how it would taste. I live in the south east and have quite a few upscale choices when it comes to chicken. I'm here for work, and happy to use my per diem... I regret to inform you the biscuit and the butter were by far the best things I ate. The chicken was great at texture but somewhere between dredge and the fryer no seasoning was added to really marry the crunch not even a finishing salt. It needed pepper, garlic, thyme, onion ...anything really to help carry the texture and make me want to continue eating more. The dressings ranch were overly pungent but failed to land a punch to taste buds.
I would liken this to over priced Raisin Canes... need the sauce to complete the dish. While I wouldn't explore this entree again I would certainly comeback for the biscuit."
