Last time I ordered, my rice and beans was missing, and my horchata was missing. Plus, the container of guacamole I paid extra for was only half filled and browning. The cheese on the taquitos is just thrown on every single time, and doesn't even melt on the taquitos evenly whatsoever. It's actually comical sometimes how messily it's thrown together. Also, even when they remember to include my rice and beans, it's thrown on top of everything, super messy. Just like the cheese. And all the missing items. The attention to detail is just not there. I used to be a fan but I probably will not be ordering here again. And the taquitos are the only affordable item on the menu. The rest is horribly overpriced. A side of plain tortilla chips is $5? And every other meal being at least $20 for something like a basic burrito. Maybe if it was higher quality food, but this is like fast food quality. Dissapointed and not sure if I'll order again."

"My first order was for Rico's Fries, Rico's Shrimp, and Chips & Guacamole! I ate the Shrimp because I have wanted a salad for months now and this looked so good I just had to! It was delicious, excellent and satisfying. The lettuce was covered in black olives, half a fresh avocado, Shrimp Sampi, and a superb white dressing. I was in salad heaven. If that was the intro meal I knew the fries would be just as good. But that's for tomorrow. Meanwhile I am one very happy camper as my first meal delivered by a friendly, fast, polite, clear speaking man was nothing short of excellent. I will repeatedly order from Rico's as they're unparalled in service and great food."

"They did this right. I wish I could post pictures of they way the taco was packed, the big bag of chips, the salsa, but mostly the pozole. The sides were ample and nicely arranged but the soup itself was great. The broth was nicely seasoned, the pork was tender and ample, and the hominy was abundant. "I really want to give an amazing rating because I've been frequenting Ricardo's for so many years, but it's just not the same. Sizzling Fajitas Especiales here are just not it. It's an "expensive" plate yet the least quality of food products and overall bland. Also, not allowing to modify a dish that is modifiable in the restaurant sucks! I'm a veggie person, but I do not love onions. In fact, I despise them. Most of the plate is onions. I added pre and post onion removal photos to show just how much. The peppers are never cooked enough, and most of the plate is onions. Sorry to leave a negative review, hopefully they change that. Husband says the California Burrito Special is good."

"The Traditional Club Sandwich was fire! It's your classic Club Sandwich that you just cant go wrong with!
