The Hero Roll was full size, enough to make a sub for two, and freshly soft. The House Roast Turkey per LB is good quality and packaged nicely. The crinkle cut fries arrived just in time, well salted and with a nice bite. While the Giddy Up Melt wasn't quite as stacked as what's advertised, it delivered an immediate hit of flavor from the sweet barbecue sauce and the savoriness of the brisket and cheese that brought me to audibly wow. The artisan bread held the sandwich together very well, not to mention the buttery layer over the top. 🤌👌

"This was very hard to rate. The Saratoga store and staff are always great! Usually a five-star experience all the way around wether in person or delivery. But in this case some food issues. The l NEW Hearty Fireside Chili tastes excellent just like you would expect from a spicy chili. a The bummer is that there's really not much to it other than sauce. Tiny amount of ground beef and maybe 6 beans, and that's a bowl not a cup. The Mediterranean Greens with Grains salad is also lacking. Not really much there besides 2 slices of cucumber and a few peppers on lettuce. So, while the food tastes good and as fresh, and the staff at the Saratoga store are great, I'm sorry to say that Panera themselves are cheaping out. This was way overpriced for what I got. Both items were anemic. But, this is not the norm and better luck next time as I will order again. stuff happens..."

I also wasn't quite sure how to use the side salsa with the burrito and wound up eating it later. "First time experience and definitely the last. The macaroni was bland. I say macaroni because the cheese was pretty much non existent. The only flavor in the dish came from the ridiculous amount of panko with herbs that were just placed on top; not even baked. The burger with chili cheese fries was a fail as well. For starters, putting both items in the same container never should've happened. The bun was so soggy and falling apart i had to throw out over a third of the bun. The chili spillover did contribute to the flavor of the burger. The burger itself lacked seasoning and flavor. Very bland burger as a whole with exception to over abundance of pickles and some type of sauce which was not very good. In the end, over half of the burger and all except 2 bites of the macaroni was thrown out. I had others taste them as well without telling them and they stated the same; the food was not good. Definitely not worth the price. Bad experience but lesson learned."
