"I’m very disappointed with the overall value of our order. The prices are already on the higher side, but typically the portion size and quality make it worthwhile. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.
The burgers seem to be getting smaller and the cheese is almost non-existant. The mac and cheese portion was especially disappointing. I understand a smaller serving when it’s included as a side with a burger, but when you order it separately, the container should be filled appropriately. This one was barely filled even half way.
To make matters worse, the food was cold when we received it. Overall, this experience did not match the price point or expectations."

"Purchased Mongolian beef, 3 small pieces of meat and all onions. When I called to tell them, I was told if I want more meat you have to order extra meat. In the same order, i didn't get my crab Ragoons . They said the Door Dash driver must have stolen it, that I have to call Door Dash to get a credit. Horrible, horrible food. "
"The food was hot and packaged well (although I am not a fan of styrofoam-for the pot stickers). The pan fried dumplings were huge and very filling! Overall, will definitely order from them again.

They told me to go to this location because the franchise was separate from corporate. I never went in because I simply couldn't find the time outside of work. We used to always order Jimmy John's for a family of six. Never again. Jersey Mike's all the way. This location garbage. And if you don't believe me, I've got a picture to prove it.
