The cheese steak was sooo good, I had to ask where they got their ingredients. The meat, super rich, is sourced from Hog Island, PA and the roll from tiny Liscio's Italian Bakery in Sicklerville, NJ; and they are absolutely perfect together.
While Amoroso's may be the gold standard, I'll take a genuine Italian Bakery over something I can get at Walmart every time!
We ordered the Works with extra peppers green and red and more mushrooms. I had it "wit" cheese whiz; you never see that! My wife, American. Both were; intensely delicious!

"I have now ordered from this restaurant 2 nights in a row because it is SO GOOD!! I was hessitant since its fairly pricey but it was worth to money in my opinion. Everything I have tried has been phenomenal. The clam chowder was thick and had tons of clam, bacon and flavor. The 7 Oz Bone-In Filet Mignon has been cooked perfectly both times and has an amazing flavor. The Lamb Lollipops app was also cooked perfectly, and the sauce it is paired with is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The Spinach & Artichoke Dips Appetizer tasted so fresh and very full of flavor. As a red meat lover, I think I have found my new favorite restaurant. "

"You hit an age in life where you feel you've tried every flavor of a food or food profile, to a certain degree, and than this place comes along and changes it. I've had jerk chicken but not like this. It was out of this world. A brand new flavor profile i havent had. You could cry. My only bummer is they didnt send the curry mayo sauce. So i dont know if ill know just how amazing they could of been. I really love a good dipping sauce for wings and it sounded good. But the jerk sauce was perfect.. The green curry is out of this world too. I've had thai curry, Indian curry and this was just something beautiful and new. The Green Mango Chicken Curry was delicious. Bright and acidic. Its own flavor wheelhouse you cant compare. The green mango gave it a caribben feel. The rice and beans were okay, but only because I am not a huge cardamom lover. Yet its spices feel warm in the belly. Fufu ive been waiting years to try. Ive seen it in so many videos where a giant bowl of stew is dumped on the table and the fufu looks like it picking up this stringy stew so good. Ans Because ive never had it I have nothing to compare it too. For me it wasn't super tacky and sticky like the videos show. Where you swallow it in one bite. It felt more like mash potatoes that crumbled apart and it had no flavor. Im not sure if that's normal so maybe im not a good judge. Id like to try fufu again somewhere just to compare. I dont think id need it again with stew if this is how it is. But besides that. The flavors were just award winning. The jerk chicken wings i cant stop thinking about. Next time PLEASE dont forget sauce. Ill be back. There were too many things on the menu I wanted to try! "

"Tender, well seasoned meat. Beans and potato salad were good as well. Portions were generous! Needless to say, I'm as full as a tic right now! Can't say anything yet about the pie. No room for it so I put it in the fridge until later. I'm a truck driver from South Louisiana where we're known for the best food on the planet! So I hope this review means a lot to Smokin Bones.
