The portion size is ample - enough for at least two meals for me; I would probably prefer to pay half the price for half the portion (especially with gluten-free noodles that attempt to capture the flavor/texture of traditional egg noodles; they rarely make tasty/palatable leftovers). I'm not sure the price of the dish ($27) is reasonable for a delivery order. Part of the cost of in-house dining is the experience of being attended to, the ambiance, the special requests, the dishes, flatware, bathroom, etc. I would consider this meal to be of decent value when dining in-house because I enjoy the dining experience at Rüt. When it's served in a cardboard box without napkins or cutlery, and delivered to me by a non-Rüt employee, the price seems less justifiable.
