"I couldn't believe how good this Panda Express was. I was seriously not expecting it to be as delicious as it was because usually it's very meh. The honey walnut shrimp was still crunchy enough with the batter layer being amazing, the sesame chicken was also crispy enough and not soggy in littler pieces which I prefer.. the fried rice was a 10/10 because you can never go wrong with it, and lastly the lo mein was *ok*. it wasn't bad at all, it was normal but felt like it had been sitting out for a while or a little older but I still ate all of it drowned in soy sauce. I think I've ordered for delivery from them at least 4 times already this month alone bahhahahahaha. My favorites are the Umami Roll, Kona Roll, Caterpillar roll, and the stuffed mushrooms.
I always tell people to eat the Umami roll first in case the other rolls affect the experience of the umami roll. It is light in flavor but altogether, the ingredients and texture are perfectly put together to hit you at different points. When you first have the piece in your mouth, you'll get that sesame flavor with maybe a hint of salt but as you chew, you get this surprisingly wonderful crisp in the center combined with savory and hint of sweet flavor.
The kona roll is also one of my favs because the slices of lemon as topper is a GAME CHANGER.
Caterpillar roll is also a hit among my friends. It's hard to even tell that any of these rolls are vegan. Everyone that I have introduced these rolls to are shocked that these are vegan because they would not have known if I didn't tell them.

"ilocos empanada is very oily. it costs $7.99 at the store. i have been buying the ilocos empanada almost everyday, four pieces at a time and air fry them at home.
I noticed the empanadas are not same sizes. some are smaller than the others.
I buy both sisig and longanisa empanada.
The empanadas I noticed are getting smaller and smaller for the store to profit more as the customers are getting crazy about their empanadas.
I don't taste any difference between the sisig and longanisa empanadas. the meat colors are the same.
So l googled and watch on YOUTUBE how the longanisa empanadas are made. And there you go!
JNC Pinoy longanisa empanadas do not have the red color of longanisa and doesn't taste like longanisa in it. the filling looks like gound pork on both sisig and longanisa empanadas.
They are cheating the customers who are not familiar with the taste of longanisa. i don't really care much about the sisig empanada. it taste like ground pork.
i am writing this review for the customers paying $7.95 a piece and not getting the authentic longanisa filling in their ilocos empanada. the empanadas are by getting smaller and the fillings are less.

I have been to Thailand and several solid Thai places in both the Bay and LA county, and this was extremely bland. Spice was also lacking, as I asked for level 5, and it was not spicy at all. The basil on the Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) was either dried or frozen and lacked flavor - authentic Thai cuisine uses fresh basil. Second, the fish cake seemed frozen and defrosted -- why would you charge $13 for frozen food..? Extremely disappointed because I paid $40+ for gentrified Thai food. "
